Was water proof. I liked the texture of the product. Quality of construction was very good. No loose threads or missed stitches. Washed and dried beautifully. Very little shrinkage. Have purchased this brand before for another bed. The elastic band around the protector worked very well and additional straps to keep it on were unnecessary.

UPDATE: King size nicely fit my couch, waterproof and keeps the couch clean from the dogs. Wash, dry, replace.Anyone who has dogs beds feels the pain of taking off the cover, washing and drying it, keeping the dogs off the insert until you wrestle to get the clean cover back on. I got REAL tired of it and if something wet happens, the insert is ruined.These dog beds are new and after washing the covers twice already I thought of this. A water proof mattress cover. I have big dogs, big beds so the crib size didn't work, the twin did. And I love the choice of colors and the texture of this brand.Last week one of my dogs threw up on the dog bed. I just took this cover off and replaced it in a couple of minutes with a clean one and washed the dirty one. Clean dog bed immediatly. At first I thought I would need a sheet too but these are so pretty I don't.It was a lot of trial and error to find exactly what I had in mind and this was my answer. Good quality, I like the texture, the fitted corners keep them in place, it's easy to put on and there are a lot of pretty colors to choose from to match your decor. I don't see me having to replace dog beds anytime soon, they are expensive, or of my house smelling of dirty dog beds.I even ordered a king size to see if it would work as a couch cover. Crazy but worth a try. If it does work, I'm ordering Queen size for the recliners. I just want something to cover my furniture that my dogs sit on too and pull off quickly when company comes. I've tried everything else. They either slide off or are too difficult to put on and take off. Waterproof fitted mattress covers, I can't wait to see if it works. It sure did solve my dog bed issue!I have the Sage Green to match my green walls, very soft and pretty color and I ordered the denim. I have almost no sense of smell so I thought different colors would remind me to "change the sheets," even when they don't look bad. Winter is coming and I am going to have a lot of snowy dogs coming in to lay on those beds and they'll get wet and I can just change the cover. And color is fun.The price is right, the quality is good so I am going to go and choose my next color. I hope this idea helped some people out there!

I bought two of these for my toddlers and have been using them since I upgraded their bedrooms. They keep the mattress dry from accidents and smaller spills. The price, softness, and quality of the item met my expectations and serves its purpose well. Easy to put on over the mattress and pull sheets on over them. Would definitely recommend this product

It fits great, feels good. Makes a bit of noise but not much considering it’s a mattress protector. More like a swoosh noise when you move around no crinkle. I got it to protect my nectar mattress but I think it will swoosh less when broken in and or washed. I’m also extremely hypersensitive to any changes or sound and smell so I am probably just not use to it yet. I will adjust, as long as my mattress is protected I’m good! Fit perfectly, love the deep pockets and the way it is a feature that is a different material than the top. I will update as I think anything “new” takes time adjusting. Not as if my sheets don’t also make a swoosh when I move haha lol, again, hyperattentive for no reason for things that don’t matter. I recommend it so far, my sheets are minimal and are also not sheet material, they are soft terry or whatever that stuff is so it seems like this is a really good product to protect my mattress. Better than any other!! And we can see the one I had before worked haha but needed to be changedUpdate: swooshing noise is not noticeable, but I have noticed a smell of skin sweat as I sleep hot and think this retains heat. It’s not what I’m used to so it can be a little uncomfortable to smell skin smell when I go to sleep or wake up. Sorta odd because I washed my sheets before using this so it’s a weird new thing for me. I may have to invest in a cooling one since it seems to suffocate my nectar mattress material

Perfect! I bought this specifically for potential potty accidents since I cosleep with my child. It works exactly as I hoped! We had a diaper leak and it did not penetrate the cover at all. My mattress was totally protected. What I will say is that though liquid can’t absorb, it will spread out and absorb into your sheets and comforter( it has to go somewhere) but that is an easy wash for us. We can’t wash the mattress! Lol. It’s also very soft and undetectable under a fitted sheet with no noise either and holds up great in the washer and dryer. If I had any complaints at all it would be that the siding that tucks around your mattress is fabric and is not waterproof, so liquid can absorb into the side if it goes over the edge but isn’t a problem with our spring mattress. I imagine it could be with a memory foam one though.

This cover is oversized which is great for people who struggle to stretch sheets over a mattress. It is very durable, and its got a little cushion to it, which makes it comfortable aswell. Its not super soft, its more like a beach towel, but if you put a sheet over it you cant feel the texture at all.
