This shampoo and conditioner by themselves will -not- regrow your hair. It is meant as a supplement to Keeps' prescription-strength finasteride and minoxidil. To prevent or stop hair loss, you need to catch it and treat it early, and get an assessment from a professional. This shampoo has some ingredients that help strengthen your scalp including saw palmetto (a blocker that protects against DHT, a hair loss hormone), biotin (which strengthens hair), and caffeine (which is supposed to help hair follicules).

It’s a good shampoo/conditioner but the product didn’t help with hair loss, after a year of use. Let it sit for 5 minutes every shower & I can’t say there’s been any change.

It is super expensive shampoo and conditioner. The two bottle are about the size of a jump rope handle doubled in size. Haven't noticed anything different than I had before when just using Rogaine. Will not buy again.
