Thinner than other lip balms. So if u like a thinner balm this make work for you. It was nice and I kept it.

This is my favorite lip balm. It is not sticky at all and helps my chapped lips. I wish they still made it in the tub.

I’ve been using Kiehl’s #1 lip balm daily for 25 years. When I opened a new tube that I ordered earlier this year (I always buy a few at a time) I thought there was something wrong with it. It had a white cloudy look instead of the clear yellowish gel I’m so used to. Regardless, I tried it for a few days and it totally dried out my lips. Since I figured I received a faulty batch (which has never happened before) I recently purchased another tube, which I just received today. It has the same white cloudy look and consistency so I looked on the back for the ingredients and was so disappointed to see a completely different list of ingredients than the original.I loved the original formula and can’t imagine why they would want to change the world’s most perfect lip balm. Since this new inferior formula dries up my lips, I have no choice but to search for a product more similar to the original #1 lip balm. I really hope that decision makers at Kiehl’s come to their senses and change it back. Seriously wondering why they would do this to their loyal customers?

I had a facial done for the first time ever and the esthetician used this product on me. Before I left, I had to ask her what she used on my lips because I've NEVER felt my lips so moisturized and full so quickly from just one application. I have very scarred lips from biting them as a nervous habit, so I have some thick scar tissue that is very obvious when my lips are dry or chapped. No strong taste or smell also. Love it!

I'm giving this a 2 because nobody takes a one-star seriously. This is hands-down the worst lip balm I have ever used. IT DRIES YOUR LIPS OUT. It only lasts a little while, and then your lips are worse than they were before. I'm a Jack Black guy, and I thought I would switch it up. That was money wasted. Don't bother. Read top lists on skincare pages. You won't be finding this on any "Best of" list. Over-priced and under-performing.

My husband works outside all day. In the heat and in frigid temps. His lips get both chapped and sunburned. This has been a game changer for him. Now if he could only keep it away from the kids!! they love it too!!

This is best lip gloss I can find, but it's a pity that Kiehl's no longer do any other flavors (cranberry, mango, pear etc) other this traditional one.
