I got this as the beginning of introducing better food to my cats. I eyeball about a teaspoon of it over the kibble and then add the wet food over that. It comes with a measuring cup that fits well over the lid but I'm not using it because I don't want the hassle of trying to clean it.I was surprised that the kitties didn't go bananas over it as soon as I opened it because it does have a strong fishy odor. There also wasn't much difference in how they ate their food.However, once they were finished eating, they both came and sat on me and purred their little hearts out--not a common occurrence!It's been a bit over a week since I introduced this to their diet and I can already see a difference in one of my cat's coats. Her fur came back in patchy after getting spayed and it's always felt a bit brittle and I can feel that it's a bit softer and thicker now.I'll definitely be repurchasing.

I like this product. I needed something natural and good for my Boston Terrier to help alleviate constipation. I just put a teaspoon of this stuff on her food and 15 minutes later the chicken is "slidin out" onto the lawn and into the pooh bag we go ... since i give her the right amount and no more, it doesnt cause her diarrhea/gas etc. i was careful to abide by the directions that way. the product itself of course is oil so yes its obviously very oily. the salmon smell is not over powering. you can smell it but you dont fall over upon opening it. it comes out fast so go slow. great product, will keep using!

This stuff was gross-smelly and oily and the bottle was always dripping so I had to be very careful how I stored it. My dog didn't really care for it and I eventually threw it away. Would not buy again.

Put it cat’s morning food and they eat it great. It’s messy though and wish I had a pump .

It does not have a strong fish smell like the Dogswell brand I previously bought. My Yorkies love the taste. I just wish it came with a pump dispenser. I did take the pump top from the "Dogswell" which fit it perfectly onto this bottle although the straw only goes halfway down inside, so will have to find a longer straw or transfer to a different bottle when its half gone. I like that it has Vitamin "A" in it from the cod liver oil as that is helpful for the renal (Kidney) problem my dog has.

This product smells absolutely horrible. My dog will not touch it and I'm kind of disappointed that I couldn't return it, but I think it needs more flavor so a dog will eat it

I got this to help soothe my chihuahua’s dry, itchy skin. He loves it on his dry food, which also softens the food just a bit for him. He has learned the word “oil” as a result of using this product. He gets very excited when I tell him I’m adding oil to his food.His dandruff is improving after a couple weeks of use. I give it to him as directed, but every other day.

I can't be positive that it's actually doing anything good for my dogs and cat, but it makes me feel good to know that I'm trying and they really like the taste of this. For my dogs, I mix it in with their dry food, and they gobble it up. For my cat I put a little on my finger and let the cat lick it a few times, and the cat thinks he's getting a treat.
