Good balsamic
Probably the best balsamic vinegar for the money. Actually better than most costing twice the price

Expensive but exquisite
My FAVOURITE balsamic by miles. Not a rich human so spending between £10-£15 on this is about as rich as i can get.it's thick as treacle and sticks to leaves so you use less.Flavour is pungent and sweet, but not overly so.On strawberries it is a revelation.Sure there are hundreds more expensive brands but for the money this is the best you can get.

Well worth paying extra, very good quality
This is the first expensive balsamic that I've bought. Yes, there are much more expensive ones available but I normally buy the cheap supermarket balsamic vinegar so to me, this one is extravagant. Is it worth the cost? well I have to say that I really think it is. It doesn't have the typical face-scrunching vinegar taste that you get from the cheap supermarket varieties, this balsamic is rich, sweet, dark and quite thick. Very delicious and perfect to have as a dipping sauce with my favourite olive bread. I will still buy my regular balsamic for cooking and general use but this one - the grown-up version, will serve me well when I'm feeling decadent and mature ;-)

Very good texture and taste - pity about the packaging
I don't really know how to rate this - I bought two bottles, one arrived perfectly the other had leaked where lid had cracked. They send out in plastic bags so I guess this may not be a rare occurence. OK once cleaned up it had only dribbled, but it is very sticky which balsamic vinegar should be. Good thick texture and very pleasant taste, not too acidic. Seems a but unfair to penalise the product for the packaging - just be warned it's worth buying but you may need a dampl cloth when it arrives.
