I now own five pairs of these insoles—they have been worth every penny in giving me consistency for my gait and support across all of my daily footwear. They definitely align my feet, and I never have foot pain, even after long days. I mostly wear athletic shoes and work boots, and these insoles are inside every pair that I wear. Last week, I wore a single pair of sneakers to a business convention in Orlando and then followed up by two days at Disney World - so TONS of walking, and my feet were comfy and pain-free at the end of and beginning of each day. (I am thrilled that they now offer an option that might work with some sandals and dress shoes - I can't wait to try these because this brand has earned my trust and continued business.)

I bought the insoles because I needed support and stability for my feet and my knees to play pickleball. I’ve had problems in the past (arch dropping, toes jamming into my shoe, and knees hurting). After wearing the insoles for about 3 weeks, I’m noticing less or no pain when I play. The insoles are great quality for the price. I’m happy with the fit and support. Super comfy and easy to use.

I wear a women's 8, ordered an 8 and my toes are just slightly over the edge of the insert when it's in my running shoes. It isn't actually that bothersome to me personally, so I switched the 8 to my cycling shoes and ordered a 9 for my running shoes (that are a size 8) and it fits much better. The insoles keep my foot in a much better position than I naturally strike. I pronate pretty badly, especially on the left side and it caused IT band syndrome and some pretty good hip pain. With the insoles, that pain is greatly reduced. I think these are worth the price and I will be buying a third set for my hiking shoes.

Cork insoles are an incredibly great idea. They conform for my high arches flawlessly and provide the support I didn’t know i needed. They’ve improve my foot pain significantly and the blue top athletic insoles are way better than the green as the green layer peels off.

I love the support I get with the inserts, unfortunately they have next to no cushion. I am on my feet 8 hours a day. My heals hurt by the end of my day with these inserts. I have used them for a week hoping that it would improve. Sadly it has not.

I have struggled with feet issues for years. Morton's Neuroma on one (2 surgeries), Plantar Fasciitis on the other (lots of cortisone shots). I am always on the hunt for an amazing insert for my shoes that will provide relief. These were not them. I tried both the Everyday version, and the Active version. Both of them hurt my feet worse and triggered both conditions into flaring up. They run short lengthwise as others have noted. I purchased size 6 for my size 5.5 shoes and the length worked good for that. However, I also buy wide width shoes so that the toe boxes are wide and not compressing on my Neuroma area. These inserts were still way too wide and are fairly inflexible. The manufacturer also suggests wearing these inserts for about 10 hours so that they properly mold to your feet. But, in order to return them they need to be in 'new' condition. I'm not sure how you are supposed to give them a fair shake and yet be able to return them in new condition if they don't work out. Out one hundred bucks and VERY disappointed.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for many years. I have tried swapping shoes and other insoles, but nothing has felt as comfortable and supportive as the Fulton insoles. They fit perfectly inside shoes/brands that I already love, so it’s truly a win win. I would highly recommend these insoles for anyone suffering from foot pain.
