I purchased a WaterDrop countertop water filter from Amazon on May 1st to replace one I've used for years which was discontinued. I received the WaterDrop on May 3rd. I opened the pkg and was impressed with the quality of the product. However, I was unable to remove the canister from the base to check the filter. I called WaterDrop May 3rd and spoke with Peter (very nice) who offered to send me a replacement. I later received a lovely email from Krystal, Customer Service Rep., apologizing for my inconvenience and that the replacement was on its way with an ETA of May 6th. Said and done. I just finished installing it; looks good and works nicely. I'm very pleased with my interaction with WaterDrop and most especially with Krystal's consistent courtesy, thoughtful emails and obvious attention to detail. WaterDrop is fortunate to have such a person serving in an important role, especially in the retail business. Who doesn't like courteous, attentive customer service?

Great product in the beginning. I was lucky enough to be able to change the filter once with assistance. Mind you this product is now 2 years old from 2023 but I should not have this much trouble opening system to change filter. I bought a new filter and have not been able to change it. I hope they have changed design to be able to open more easily. This product easily had 4 stars in the beginning but due to how tough it is to open I have to lower the stars.*** update to previous review**Customer service is wonderful. They assisted with getting a replacement for previous filter I couldn’t open and followed up to make sure that I was able to open new filter. Updated stats to reflect the wonderful service and product.

I really can't get enough of it. From the time of installation, you can tell the difference in the water. Water taste way better than coming straight from the faucet. Its still leaves room on the counter. Fits right in the corner of the sink. No leakage. Purchased Sept 2024 and water still taste like the day I installed it. Best part is the spout can turn to fill up my ice machine that sits next to the water filter. You won't be disappointed.

Installation was pretty straight forward. I wanted to open it to make sure I knew how when the time came to switch the filter and it was on tight. When I say tight I mean it took 2 of us to loosen it up.I closed it with no issues and running smoothly.I gave it 4 Stars for 2 minor preferences. I wish the spout was a bit flexible and when you turn off the water or switch back to the faucet the water keeps running for a few extra seconds. Really neither are a big deal.

I purchased the Waterdrop Skincare BFC1 Facial Cleaning Countertop Filter February 2025. I had an issue with the first one that I ordered. I called customer service and I talked with Ashley K, a very knowledgeable and helpful representative. She put out a rush order to replace the item during the phone call. Within 24 hours Andrew had sent out another one. Both representatives provided excellent customer service and Andrew later became my ongoing contact. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and because of him I am able to give a five star rating. I am grateful for his quick replies in our correspondence and also for his friendly, caring manner during the entire process. I am also thankful for the company’s generous supply of replacement filters to make up for my inconvenience in returning the original item. I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to install, it is nice to look at and I have seen a positive difference in the appearance of my skin. I highly recommend this filter for your daily skin care routine.

I spent so much money for years with the Calico company. I retired and was challenged wIth my wrist to open it. I recommended they create one for seniors to be able to open it. Not heard. The money l spent more than $300for a filter and the water would come out slow. I kept it because my husband and l bought it and didn't want it to be in vain. I wish we had waited, too late now. But your filter is,so much better and the water flow is perfect!

This filter is so great I don’t know where to start. First of all, it’s not plastic. It’s easy to install and the water tastes great. No more buying filters and changing them every few weeks. No more waiting forever for the water to drip through the typical Brita-type filter. This comes out immediately. Easy to fill bottles or glasses. And the best tasting water! I love this filter. It’s worth the money.
