Great health booster!
The media could not be loaded. I started taking B complex to boost my energy and support my workouts, and it really made a difference. I feel less tired, more focused, and stronger overall. It’s great if you don’t get a lot of vitamin B from your diet. Definitely worth trying if you’re feeling low on energy or want to support a stronger body. Plus it’s small capsules with very minimal taste and easy to swallow. Recommended!

Best B Complex Ever
I've never been able to stomach B vitamins esp a true complex of all of them. The smell was always too much for me and they would always cause a bad taste. This brand has totally changed the game for me!!!! It's exceptional design of being a gel cap and the mint pack that is in the bottle. LITERALLY EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! I have also been able to tell a difference in my energy level along with several other improvements. If you're looking for an effective, easy to swallow, non-B vitamin smelling B complex, look no further.

So far so great!
I bought a different brand of a vitamin b complex and it’s a good brand but I got the worst stomach ache and nausea from it and after doing some more research, realized that it’s a common reaction. Turns out there is a plant based version and I like this brand as well, and it’s great! I took it today on an empty stomach to see what would happen and I had a single burp. That’s it. And I’m fine with that lol I will update in the future on whether or not this helped me in any way. The pills are red and very minty btw. You can taste the mint as soon as u put in in ur mouth. It’s not an issue tho.

Third round and still love
This is my third time buying these. This brand has worked well for me. I appreciate the boost of energy these provide as well as my hair health. They do have a spearmint flavor, but you swallow them so quickly I can’t imagine that to be a problem for anyone. I’ll continue to purchase.
