Excellent support for umbilical hernia and sacroiliac joint problems sure has extended the time that I can work out in the shop without getting so sore nice and stretchy decent price and roll down doesn't seem to be an issue as long as you have the proper size I have giant thighs and the thigh holes are not tight at all I have several different models and switch them out throughout the week I usually wear this particular model for extra compression over another one that has the thigh support but I have worn it by itself on occasion just depends on how bad I intend to abuse my body for the day wish I knew about these years earlier before I retired keep in mind it is good to go without these when you can so you don't wind up losing muscle tone

I ordered two. As otehrs have said, they will most def. make ya boys hurt down there after a period of wearing them. They will also get a little uncomfortable with the inseam lines, they would leave some marks on my skin and kind of poke me, so i have to adjust at times.I will say that they do give you a bit of a shape, and keeping your tummy tight and they lift your booty lol people often try to figure out what kind of underwear i'm wearing 🤣 It also has a little hole where you can pull ya boy out to whiz, but once again it hurts sometimes when you first take it out because you're keeping it tucked in for a while.

To me it is perfect! And it is suppose to be tight. Thats the reason i buy it. Holds firm. Easy to access my nature. And not to be taking underwear out. I love it. And buying more

The compression is amazing but these run extremely small. I usually wear a small. Waist size 30. I had to reorder a few times and ended up comfortable in an Xl. Which I have on right now. The company wa s amazing about the returns and reorder. That is why I stated with them instead of trying another line. These are as well made or better than the Sosnx fur men that I run.
