5 STARS FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE: Literally the best customer service I have experienced anywhere thanks to Sportneer directly. I had an issue where the plastic mount broke when mounting it to my ebike frame so I contacted customer service directly and their team promptly responded. I provided pictures of the issue and they offered to ship me out a new replacement and provided a tracking number. After approximately a full week of the tracking number not "moving", Sportneer contacted me again to inquire if I had received it or not. Obviously I had not, so they shipped yet again and my replacement arrived within three days time. Huge shoutout to the Sportneer Direct team and of course, Jasmine who stayed on top of the situation until it was fully resolved. For these simple actions and genuine customer care, this has earned a more than worthy 5 star review from me.ADDITIONAL INFO: I have not actually had the opportunity to use the Sportneer lock, but the size of the ulock seems adequate for securing your ride. The locking mechanisms seem to function as indicated on the product page/specifications for a great functionality. The long term value for the money will speak for itself if it works as intended to stop thieves from making off with my ebike! :-)

Works as it states

I never heard of this brand before, but I bought this for my girlfriend. She has a scooter that doesn't cost as much and only rides it on campus, so having this does enough to deter any wannabe thieves from stealing her scooter. For my scooter, I got a much more expensive lock which was the LiteLok X1 because its a more appealing scooter I would. But for the price and 3 keys it's good if you just want to have some piece of mind and can't afford a super expensive lock. And especially if your bike or scooter is relatively not that great. But if your scooter or bike is expensive don't go with this because it would not give me a sense of great security as I haven't seen it tested compared to big-name U-locks like kryptonite and litelok or heplock.

It looks long, very sturdy, price is reasonable.

I've had security cables that so strongly want to coil themselves up that they are difficult to pull through my frame and wheel and around a post. This one is heavy but flexible like I need. The U lock is also heavy. I hope that means it's secure.
