Two capsules provide 5 billion CFUs of probiotics along with other supplements.
Capsules are moderate in size and easily swallowed. The package is double sealed for safety and didn't contain any defective or damaged product. The capsules provide two polyphenols, various prebiotics, along with 5 billion colony forming units (CFUs) of a single strain of probiotic, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus. Looks promising but may be more expensive than some other options. I'm not convinced of the efficacy of this blend of prebiotics, which seem to be the differentiating factor for this product. I used this product for a few weeks and it seems fine; as with most probiotics, nothing dramatic either way as far as effects. The ingredients are as follows:Beta Glucan blend of prebiotics.5 billion CFU of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus (CRL 1505)Quercetin and Luteolin (polyphenols)Tartary Buckwheat (prebiotic)

Microbiome Rejuvenate
This supplement seems to have been well researched and has a high amount of ingredients for the digestive system and to support the immune system. This contains prebiotics and probiotics which is an added plus. Over time I will see how well this product works. Capsules are easy to swallow, no after taste or odor. The higher price may keep some from choosing.

Silicon dioxide
The product sounds great until you read the inactive ingredients is silicon dioxide… that does not have to be added

I like these
Everything arrived in great shape, and I have been taking these for a couple weeks now. In terms of seeing effects, I generally need to have more time, but with these I believe I feel a better gut health. It's a body-connection thing for me, and not really scientific (purely my own feelings) in this area. For the price, you are dishing out a bit more, but the one thing I have seen is that you get what you pay for in this area. And most others for that matter.

Research Based Tartary Buckwheat Supplement
This is a product that intrigues me because it involves an "ancient grain" (that's not really a grain at all) and it's potential impact on the gut microbiota. I like that this company appears to be committed to researching this product literally from the ground up, and that there is accountability to both a board and to investors. Other things I look at to evaluate supplements include manufacturer transparency, accountability, and quality.Transparency: BIg Bold Health has trademark activity dating to 2020, specializing in items primarily having to do with “ Edible flour, namely, grain-free flour comprised of organic Himalayan tartary buckwheat.” BBH has a website with pages called, ‘The Science” and “About Us”. They introduce us to 20 people on “Their Team”, and 6 people on their board. They introduce their CEO/Founder, Jeffrey Bland. In 2022 their company won 4 million in venture capital funding from s2g Ventures, which shows that there are folks who believe in the product. .Accountability: There is accountability to a board and also to investors. There is accountability to the large team that is described online. They claim The product is manufactured according to good manufacturing practices (GMP) standards, but I don’t see a claim for certified GMP or third party lab testing. I did find an article describing heavy metal contamination of some Tartary Buckwheat tea products(not by this company), so it seems that that would be an important thing to evaluate. I am waiting to hear back from the manufacturers regarding GMP certification.Quality: At two capsules a day, this is a 60 day supply. The scent is mild, and when I open a capsule the powder tastes very similar to my beloved (non-Tartary) Buckwheat crackers. The capsules are an attractive dark green/blue color, and although medium large in size they were easy for me to swallow. Note that this is best by 10/2025.This would be a five star review given the ease of finding information about this product online and regarding the research that is going in to it, except that I was unable to find reassurance about GMP certification and about third party lab testing.

Innovative combination in a capsule
I take various probiotics and prebiotics to keep my gut healthy. I've never seen this array of beneficial nutrients before in one capsule, and because I'm gluten-intolerant, I was particularly interested in the tartary buckwheat. In addition to the buckwheat, this product also contains beneficial nutrients like quercitin and luteolin (look them up!) and a complex of beta glucans derived from beneficial fungi. And finally, it includes lactobacillus rhamnosus, known to be a beneficial probiotic.I take this supplement in addition to my daily probiotic, and I have felt just fine. Over time, I hope to see subtle and incremental benefits, because I assume I'm getting some nutrients that I was lacking before.

Gut rejuvenation
Capsules are large, but easy to swallow. They don't have an odor. Haven't noticed a difference in bathroom habits.
