The capsules are not too large, and I find that they are easy to swallow. These supplement tablets are easy to take with a glass of water, they can be swallowed easily.So far I have experienced some moderate effects from what I presume are the tablets. More even sleep and reduced muscle fatigue / aches are the two main things. They do seem to wear off fairly quickly within a few hours which I guess is no bad thing as this indicates they are not too strong. I have chosen to take one during the day and a couple before bed and this seems to give the best outcome for me. I have been taking magnesium in the evenings for a couple of years and I take it to help me sleep and keep my restless legs at bay. This appears to be a really good brand. I like that this company has a laboratory in which they manufacture and batch test their own products to a high standard.There are different types of Magnesium such as citrate, taurate, threonate, malate, and chelated forms so do your own research and find the type that best suits your needs.My only negative, which isn't a big deal, is that the dose with this brand is 3 capsules - all the other brands I've used before have been 2 capsules so perhaps this is a higher dosage.

This is elemental magnesium (coming from 1500 mg of magnesium by-glycinate).This really helps me with my sleep quality and muscle aches. The cost is £15.99.They seem good quality and are gluten and soy free.Ive not been taking them long enough but hope in time they will help improve my sleep and I am pleased with them.
